Are You Paying For Meat or Water?

I recently read a blog post over at Common Sense With Money asking if we were paying for meat or water. Let me ask you this, Did you know that some chicken processing companies inject the chicken they process with up to 15%of chicken broth? So, basically 15% of the price that you are paying is for water not meat. Go read the article over at Common Sense With Money and tell me what you think. I don't know why this ticks me off so badly. I guess I'm just tired of companies charging us more and giving us less.
