Skin MD

The wonderful people over at Skin MD sent me their new Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion to try out. At first, I was a little skeptical. I'm not a big cosmetic person, and I use bare basic skin care. Usually just an Everyday Moisturizer and a dab of make-up maybe twice a week. But, I tried their Natural Shielding Lotion and it is awesome. It goes on very evenly, very light-weight feeling lotion. Not greasy at all! After I had it on, my skin felt very smooth. I tried it all over, becuase the lotion is for face, hand and body. I even have a little excema patch on my left bicep and after just a few uses it is much improved, less itchy and less noticeable.

Let me tell you a little more about the ingredients: Purified Water, Aloe Vera, Vitamin E, Arnica, Comfrey, Chamomile, Yarrow, among some other things. Feel free to look it up on their web-site. Skin MD Shielding Lotion is Hypoallergenic, fragrance and colorant free, paraben free, non-comedogenic, no animal products or testing.

Skin MD works a little differently than most lotions. It actually puts a barrier or shield in between your skin and irritants. Moisture is retained and and irritants are repelled.
